Welcome to the Hazelmere Men’s Club 2004 British Open Lottery. This lottery is being held as a fund raiser to help support the many events run by the Men’s Club throughout the year. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Entry Fee

The entry fee is $25.00 of which $5.00 will go to the Men’s Club. The remaining $20.00 will go to the prize money pot.

Winnings Breakdown

1^st Prize 50% of the total pot ($20.00 x # of participants)

2^nd Place 30% of the total pot

3^rd Place 15% of the total pot

4^th Place 5% of the total pot

Example: if we get 50 participants in the lottery the money will break down as follows

Total revenue $1,250.00

1^st Prize $500.00

2^nd Prize $300.00

3^rd Prize $150.00

4^th Prize $50.00

Rules

1. Select 10 players from the official list of participants playing in the 2004 British Open. Participants can be found on the British Open website. Click on the following link: http://www.opengolf.com/players/entry_list.sps?ipage=0

2. There will be a link to it in the Hazelmere Men’s Club Website as well

3. Your player selection has to be submitted and paid for by Wednesday, July 14th, 2004 midnight!
4. Submit your player selection via one of the following methods

2. Fax: 604 594-1297
3. Via mail to: Richard Dolny, 7053 Kingswood Court, Delta BC, V4E 2S3
4. Give it to any of the Men’s Club executive or leave it at the Hazelmere Pro Shop

5. Winners will be determined by total money won by your selected players. In the event of a tie, the person who picked the winner will win otherwise prize money will be combined and split between the winners.
